The One Thing

  1. The word of God imparts health and life, has the power for cleansing, reviving, rejuvenating, supplying and health giving effect. Without the Spirit, it becomes mundane and natural
  2. Embrace it, receive it, relish it, treasure it, nourish upon it, feed on it, enjoy it, savor it, drink it in
  3. God’s word is powerful enough to create the universe and powerful enough to forge a new creation in Christ
  4. We need to take time with God’s word to read it, interpret it, contemplate it, meditate on it , confess it and obey it
  5. GRACE : God’s Riches At Christ Expense
  6. Every time you touch God’s presence you will become healthier, stronger and prosperous
  7. Psalm 96:11
  8. Amalekites: flesh, whatever you dont tolerate/ destroy, it will destroy you. Fleshy effort – stress, lacking of rest, it is up to me. God is not a taker, He is a giver
  9. Our relationship with God’s word will accurately measure our relationship with God and the fruitfulness of our Christian walk in the world
  10. The healing begins in our thinking and then radiates throughout whole life and to those with whom we come in contact
  11. Thinking and being are connected. Our though life influences who we are and what we will become
  12. God has created the mind as the cognitive processor of the human soul
  13. Much of our processing of self, others and world around us comes through the mind
  14. A healthy mind sees reality more clearly and sees God more clearly
  15. healthy thinking produces healthy living and toxic thinking produces toxic living
  16. Taking care of our thought life is part of good stewardship, self care and our overall health and fitness
  17. God heals and wills our healing—and that’s the truth. This is what salvation is all about. Yet how easily we forget. Many times the Bible tells us that Jesus Christ is our healer; that Jesus died and rose again to heal us; and that in its broadest sense salvation is healing from the disease and damages of sin. Yet often this healing accent remains only that—an abstract idea, vague ideal and weak wish
  18. In the book of Revelation in the account of seven churches – separate message for each church. God addressed to the angelos/the messenger of the church
  19. What kind of things being preached comes from the pulpit, is vitally from the church. Its possible a church is struggling , another church is flourish
  20. Preachers : what he is dong in his own time, bringing the riches of god’s word to give to people
  21. Full time minister can be an excuse to get proper job, but if you are called, it is the highest calling ever. Those who are called will deliver food that really satisfy , fulfill the deep hunger and glorify Jesus
  22. God is holy God, trice holy God. Father, Son and Spirit. God is a righteous God, but the bible defines God only as God is love. He has attributes of faithfulness, justice, loyalty but who he is in essence is love.
  23. Because God is righteous, can not do things unrighteously. His righteousness will demand that this obedience is punished. In court, judicial system must be fair just and equity, and not influenced with money. We want judicial system to be just and righteous
  24. Jesus was conceived supernaturally but was delivered naturally
  25. We want to flourish and grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus
  26. Moses has right destiny and vision has did not have right application. How Moses fight the enemy is by self effort, compared to when God does His way, the red sea covered the enemy perfectly. In the story of God fed the Israelites with quail, by breathing the wind (ruackh), as a result the quails flattered around in the camp. God can breath your way. If the Israelites gone hunting for quail they would be stressed out
  27. In the story of 5 loaves and 2 fishes : What is this among so many? But when the Lord blesses it, it will prosper
  28. May you be in health and prosper as your soul prospers, means does things God’s way. Trust God not by human power but by His Spirit
  29. God’s way is without stress, human’s way is with stress
  30. You can speak to your body! Say “you re being renewed by God’s strength”
  31. One thing that cause you to prosper in every area of your life. Look at the life of Joseph, he was a slave but the Lord was with Joseph and he was a successful / prosperous man. If you have nothing, as long as God is with you, you have everything. Emmanuel = the Lord was with Joseph. Let people see that the Lord is with you, they can sense the presence of God, let it be your testimony. Not because your dress or look.
  32. The lord makes what you do prosper. Prosper = saleach, you burst forth, like a water breaking to the dam. When the Spirit of God comes on Samsom to saleach him
  33. Pray that anointing of saleach comes upon you. It will give different result when you try to get your boss’ favor by effort versus trust God for favor
  34. Only God can give you favor. With favor, comes jealousy. David, joseph and Esther experience it. Try to get favor by effort, you will be failed. Refused to do this things and trust God
  35. Only God can give you favor and when it happens, doors begin to open
  36. Plus factor : God was with Joseph. God can bless unbelievers for your sake like the Lord blesses Potifar
  37. Saleach = true prosperity, more than money. In the world, you are rich but lost family, fitness is not equal with health
  38. Saleach = whatever you touch prospers. Thats’ why you lay hand on sicks, sickness becomes health, -poor become rich. Touch your children, so they are blessed
  39. There are things that you can do that prolong and shorten life. Sin will shorten your life
  40. Psalm 1 says whatsoever he doesth shall prosper. Whatever means whatever, even your mistakes can prosper. God does not waste words. God is glorified when his people honor /agree him
  41. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers. Let God’s words paint faith picture
  42. The leaves of tree (health) is always green, extra virgin olive oil = the first press is green, the freshest and the strongest. Next pressed is yellow. Green is young, speak of new covenant, new covenant mentality
  43. Jesus veiled His deity, He lived and prayed like dependent man but His moral glory and beauty and excellence shines. He can not veil his goodness and grace
  44. Dont use bombastic, big words when you preach. John 1 use simple words
  45. When submit , you release your glory. Wife is not competitor, but completor
  46. The key : delight in the word of God, mediate on God’s words, take bite sizes , mutter it under your breath. Mediate / hagah day and night
  47. Worry is meditating on negative side. Revolving your mind around words of God that your memorize. Quote out loud, remember Jesus said “it is written…..” Jesus did not use rhema words to fight with Satan, but with written words. You cant fight the devil with God spoke to me
  48. When you sleep, let the word keep you. When you wake up, let the word talk to you. When you walk, it leads you. Mediate on that, feast on words, squeeze the words
  49. Cow has 4 compartment in one stomach. First, mix with bacteria and fermentation, he bring it up again, then put in water are extracted from words. Personal revival: what you have fed, bring it out again, extract the Spirit/ water from the words, suck up all the juice and nutrients from God’s words
  50. The bible says dont eat animals that that dont chew the cud (grass eating animal) and divide the hoof. Truth: dont eat from ministry / pulpit that the minister /preachers that dont meditate. Divide the hoof, rightly divide the word
  51. Preaching : born out of meditation. If you have good meditation, dont worry about food to feed people, like a cow doesnt worry about milk
  52. Interpretation or teaching of stagnant water : sometimes he answers sometimes he does not vs living water : God always answers
  53. Learn to meditate that faith spring forth
  54. 1 Tim 4:15 : Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. In all : in every area of your life, you posses your possesion and every area blessed
  55. 16 Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you. Save = heal, preserve, protect
  56. meditate = hagah / mutter. In Psalm 2, the word ” hagah” is also used, “hagah” vain things
  57. Good success – eat your blessings
  58. Deuteronomy 11:20-21 says, “And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth
    • that your days may be multiplied : not only in quantity but also in quality
    • and the days of your children as the days of heaven upon the earth
    • lay your word in your heart and soul and bind them as sign : get hold of My Words
    • teach by speaking words to your chidlren
  59. There is power in God’s words to prosper. The bible has prospering/healing/purifying virtues

  62. Words not to soothe, but to shape events and circumstances because it is spoken in the name of Jesus, not mere man, by the power of Spirit. Only God can go to your future to set events, remove obstacles and arrange circumstances
