Heal your inside first then outside will follow. 3 John 2:2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
Zechariah 9:12 “Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope. Even today I declare That I will restore double to you.” Once upon a time, we were prisoners of helplessness/hopelessness but now we are the prisoners of hope.
See yourself with answers but not not based on wishful thinking. World’s hope is dash. The faith is the substance of what we hope. Our hope is based on solid foundation, the blood of Jesus
Jesus Himself took our infirmities and diseases, no point you bore those because those has been carried by Jesus. We can hope for healthy body, thank God that this is what you are going to be.
All evil and sickness come because of sin (Adam’s sin). God hates death. Jesus conquerors death.
How do you define cult? It is not because it is different than you. Abnormal is called cult. The world is used to “defeated” but you live a victorious life, they call you cult. When chicken gathered together, and saw eagle, chicken will say it is a cult.
One single test for any ministry , does the person point people to Jesus or himself?
God uses people to point people to Himself. God raised Moses and Elijah to point Israel to God.
If God want to bless you, He will send people to your life. Satan imitated God’s way, he also sent people to destroy you.
In the early church, Christians come together to break bread every Sunday. Jesus appeared from Sunday to Sunday and not in weekdays. Sunday is the first day of week. Enter the rest first then you have power to work for the rest of the week.
We have pictures of hopelessness (dark thoughts) in the night, so we cant sleep. It is a sign that you are prisoners of hopelessness.
See great future, see yourself well, young. God promises to restore double to you.
Once upon a time, we were prisoners, servant and slaves of sin, but now we are servants of righteousness (Rome 6)
God restores to you double not because you are good but because the blood of Jesus has been shed on the Cross.
Meditate in old english word is “muse.” Amuse = negate muse, no meditation
The Lord is my Shepherd. It is the Lord not the richest man in the world. “Is” means present time. “My” means my own possession. Shepherd denotes caring, feeding, taking care, defending, leading, protecting, caring and guiding. Meditate on this things and you will feel loved.
When you are in trials it is not enough you talk to others about God, talk to Him directly. The result is goodness and mercy will hunt me down.
Hope in Greek word is ‘elpis” and in Hebrews is “tikvah.” It means the positive/confident expectation of good in the future.
Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Wait is the word “kava” which means bind yourself in the Lord like a robe and find your hope in the Lord. Because of Him you can see bright future. World only hopes so. You can hope and it will be so.
Hosea 2:15 “I will give her her vineyards from there, and the Valley of Achor as a door of hope.” Valley of Achor (trouble), a door of hope (tikvah). Your door is not found in the mountain but in the valley.
What to expect in trials? You are walking through the valley, not stay nor camp. You are coming out to the other side.
In the valley of trouble, look for the door of hope. Open the door by hoping for the best, don’t allow the pessimistic thoughts or words of the circumstances weigh you down. Don’t listen to naysayers.
Jesus said “Don’t be afraid, only believe and she shall be well”
Luke 22:44 “And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.” Agonia = intense mental and emotional pressures.
The result of Adam’s sin are cursed ground, thorn came out – thoughts that hurt you, painful thoughts and by the sweat of your face you will eat bread.
In the garden of Gatshmene, Jesus’ sweat and blood mingled.
Jesus’ blood : no sin in His blood, His blood is divine blood because He is God and He is man, His blood always cleanses, restores and redeems.
Jesus took agony upon Himself, a very thought of becoming sin caused Jesus to sweat blood, He was bearing our depressions and agony.
When Jesus’ blood mingled with sweat, He redeemed us from human depression/obession/darkness of pessimists.
The blood that saved fell to the ground that was cursed. Now it is redeemed.
After Elijah’s battle against Baal, there was a battle that follow, battle of king Aram written in 1 Kings 20:13-15.
‘Your silver and gold are mine, and the best of your wives and children are mine.’” 1 Kings 20:3 is the voice of Satan. Satan claims that Your health, your prosperity is his because he is turning the values of the world are upside down. God used jaw bone of donkey, earthen vessel, weak to confound the mighty.
The world sees God as God based on merit. Satan has understanding based on judicial foundation, not based on grace
There is 7 mountains in the book of Matthew : sermon of the mount, transfiguration mount.
David defeated Goliath in the valley.
Our God is not only God of the mountain but also God of the valley
Gen 14:18 Melchizedek (king of salem, the pic of Jesus) brought wine and bread to Abraham
Melchizedek went down the mountain to the valley where Abraham was to bring the communion.
When you are in the valley, partake the Lord’s communion. Picturing that Jesus who is waiting for you in the valley, serving the communion that you receive His love.
2 Sam 18:18, in the same valley , there is the pillar of Absalom. The valley of darkness (Hedron valley, the valley of darkness) become the King’s valley because the Lord come down there and bring bread/wine.
Near the Hedron valley there is a garden called gethsemane (oil pressed). There Jesus sweat blood
Hedron valley is at the foot of mount olive. He was shed the blood in the place of oil pressed.
In the valley of Hedron, you find bread, wine and oil. Right in the valley, look for the table. The table is the door of hope. That God can change your future.
Voice of Satan : God loves you only when you do right, He is God of the mountain not the valley (1 King2 20:28).
Gen 42:36 Jacob said that all these things are against me. Under the new covenant , and we know all things work (synergio) together for your good. The truth is you may not see the provision but you need to trust God
From the story of Rahab, when she saw the army of Israel came through the window, her guarantee was on the words of the spy and the robe. Rahab did not get Angels coming to guarantee her safety. In the same way, the solid tangible evidence or the guarantee that things will turn around is nothing but God’s words and the blood of Jesus as He declares that I restore double to you
Whenever there is battle, Judah goes first. Praise goes first. The prince of Judah was Nahason, father of Salmon, was the first who step into the red sea. When he stepped, then the red sea opened. Likewise in the story of splitting the Jordan river. Step first, then miracle happened. God waited for faith.
Seek spouse who speak bible language, elevate the speech. I am hopeful person based on eternal sure foundation of the word and the blood of Jesus
